Just a few weeks after opening the order book for the ID.3, the first model in its new ID electric range, Volkswagen is already considering offering a new variant of its zero-emission compact sedan. The German brand indeed wishes to decline it in … convertible!

But instead of embarking on a long and expensive market study, and knowing that the convertible segment is a niche market, the firm prefers to directly question the public by launching a large consultation on the Internet. The question is quite simple: should the brand launch into the manufacture of such a model?
