Skoda has just unveiled a preview of the interior styling of its future Skoda Kushaq SUV, with two illustrations produced by the Skoda Design teams.
After the Kodiaq, Karoq and Kamiq, Skoda will expand its SUV family in 2021 with the launch of a new model: the Skoda Kushaq, a compact SUV for the moment dedicated to the Indian market. It is one of the models of Volkswagen’s “India 2.0” project, with around thirty vehicles for all of the group’s brands, designed to meet the needs of the Indian market, and which represents a total investment of one billion. euros.
After the presentation of the first images of the still camouflaged model, and some sketches of the exterior design, the firm of Mladá Boleslav has just unveiled the first pictures of the interior Skoda Kushaq, with two illustrations by Skoda styling teams.
Skoda Kushaq (2021): a modern and clever interior
The interior is in line with the brand’s latest productions, with a sleek dashboard in the center of which we find a touch screen can go up to 10 inches, controlling an infotainment system. The whole is underlined by a large bright orange insert, which is also found around the console including the ventilation controls as well as the gearbox.
Skoda specifies that the space on board is generous, and that many storage possibilities will be there, just like the famous tips “Simply Clever” of the brand.
Made in India and based on Volkswagen Group’s MQB-A0-IN platform, specially adapted for India and strictly meeting all local safety and emissions standards, the Skoda Kushaq will be officially presented in a few days, the March 18, 2021.
