If the new BMW M3 and M4 are in the news in recent days, it is because they are about to arrive in dealerships. This is what excites all the preparers who in turn present their vision of sports news to Hélice.
With the new generation of BMW M3 and M4 on the way to the market, Manhart thought it would be good to give us a glimpse of what they are planning for the two sports models from Bavaria. Why just “preview”? That’s because tuners aren’t quite ready to reveal what their stylistic upgrades are just yet. So they released digital illustrations to give us an idea of what to expect in the coming months.
Named MH3 600 and MH4 600, the prepared M3 and M4 will benefit from the “MHtronik Powerbox” and one of the two exhaust systems available with their carbon fiber tailpipes. These systems will bring the power of the BMW M3 and M4 to around 620 hp and 750 Nm for the Competition versions. In comparison, the original versions have 510 horsepower and 650 Nm. Remember that the power is drawn from a 3.0-liter twin-turbo in-line 6 cylinder. A similar upgrade will also be released for the M3 and M4 (non Competition), increasing their horsepower from 479 to around 590 hp.
A new look?
A set of new springs manufactured by H&R will bring the body closer to the ground, while leaving room under the wheel arches for new specific rims. Developed in-house by Manhart, the 21-inch Concave One forged wheel set will bring a touch of novelty. The carbon fiber hood, front spoiler, diffuser and small aerodynamic appendages will also be present to assert the look of the car.
Not to mention that Manhart will apply its usual black and gold livery with reminders on the wheels. This will be the so-called “phase 1” of the improvement program, but Manhart is also working on a “phase 2”, which should take the M3 and M4 to a whole new level of performance. It’s easy to say, we can’t wait to see!
