Auto Plus takes you on the snowy roads of the Alps to discover the new Ranger Rover Evoque P300e. What is the plug-in hybrid SUV worth? Video response!
Land Rover has no choice. While the ecological penalty continues to harden, the British manufacturer sees itself in the obligation to electrify its range to continue selling its imposing SUVs. This is how the brand recently launched a plug-in hybrid version of his Range Rover Evoque.
A cavalry of 309 hp and 55 km of electric autonomy
Baptized P300e, it houses under its hood a 200 hp 1.5L three-cylinder petrol engine, combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and a 109 hp electric motor installed on the rear axle and powered by a 15 kWh lithium-ion battery housed under the rear seats. Everything develops a power of 309 hp and offers 540 Nm of torque.
On the performance side, Land Rover announces 213 km / h top speed, 0 to 100 km / h in 6.4 seconds, combined CO2 emissions limited to 44 g / km and consumption from 2 l / 100 km. Without forgetting an all-electric range of 55 km (WLTP cycle).
