On the design side, the Spring will take SUV tunes with on the menu a raised ground clearance of 15 cm, widened wheel arches, roof bars and a gray rear ski. This rugged look will be further enhanced by a ribbed hood, chunky shields and tapered LED optics (with new Y-shaped LED light signature on the rear).

At the entry level, the city car will not have a multimedia system but will simply embed a small 3.5-inch digital display between the meters. Automatic lighting of the lights, speed limiter and automatic emergency braking will also be standard equipment. Inside, Dacia will focus mainly on livability.

Charging to 80% will take less than an hour on a 30 kW DC fast charging station or up to 14 hours (at 100%) on a 2.3 kW domestic socket (cable supplied as standard).
