With the new wave of confinement, the rules are more flexible but less clear. We take stock of what is possible in terms of concessions.
On March 31, the government announced a new wave of confinement that does not speak its name, and this at the national level. Schools closed, travel limited to 10 km, certificates, ban on leaving one’s region, the rules are numerous and not always clear.
This is particularly true in the case of concessions: can you get there like any other business, even if it is more than 10 km away?
The concessions remain open during this new confinement. On the other hand, there is no question of going there on a whim: it will be necessary imperatively make an appointment beforehand. The objective here is to limit the number of customers present inside each time.
Once you have made an appointment, you will be confirmed by the concession. Keep this confirmation in a safe place, it can be useful to you during a police control.
30 km, the new limit for shops (and concessions)
However, the famous 10 km limit does not apply: purchases in general are subject to a new limit of 30 km, and concessions fall within this framework. However, you will not be able to leave your department, unless you live near the border with another department. In theory, a certificate is not necessary. But in the event that your dealership goes out of 10 km, it is still recommended to prepare one (by checking the “purchases” box), to explain things during a more zealous check.
To summarize :
- The concessions are open
- It is imperative make an appointment and keep the confirmation
- The distance limit is 30 km, without leaving the department
- A certificate can make your life easier during an inspection
