The Audi SQ7 has already gone through the ABT Sportsline workshops, but now here are some cosmetic improvements to make it nastier. Updates also available on the petrol version of the SQ7, normally dedicated to the American market.
The Audi SQ7 is the largest sports model in the Audi range. The recent switch to Diesel for the entire “S” range has given this mastodon a couple of trucks. Already passed in the workshops of ABT Sportsline, the SQ7 now develops 507 horsepower, allowing the 2.3-ton SUV to be catapulted from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.1 seconds. Even a current base 911 doesn’t get there any faster. In the future, it could even be even better since ABT Sportsline is already working on an improvement of its engine block control box.
Suffice to say that in terms of performance, the SQ7 ABT is no exception. Besides, in terms of look either. But that was not enough for the German wizards at ABT Sportsline. So the ABT Wide Body aerodynamic package is therefore also available for the SQ7 with the new 4.0-liter TFSI engine. Yes yes, the TFSI and not the TDI!
The set of updates includes new lower side skirts, fender extensions, a new rear bumper and specific tailpipes. A less ostentatious body kit, without fender extensions, is also available. On the other hand, those who want more can also order options such as the ABT rear spoiler in plastic or carbon fiber or the fender inserts.
Even more stylish
Along with these improvements, ABT also offers specific alloy rims. While the base SQ7 comes standard with 20-inch rims, the ABT Sportsline version comes with huge 22-inch wheels available in three different models.
Of course, the interior has also been improved with in particular some carbon fiber inserts on the dashboard and seats in Alcantara. In addition, the original start button is also replaced with a backlit ABT button, just like the door sills. But all this is customizable: the ABT configurator is also at your disposal if you have the means… or simply if you want to dream!
